Problem Statement:

Our Coffee drinking adult who visit Cafés on a regular bases and waits in queue to enter Café, he has a problem with waiting in queue because of the time waste that comes with waiting in queues. Our solution should reduce the time wasted while waiting in queue by increasing the engagement between users and the Café making the experience more fun by reducing boredom.

Storyboard:

with these data we created a storyboard to showcase the problem and the solution to make understanding it more easier.
